Public Administrator in Government and Public Management at Universidad de Chile and a Master in Political Science at the same university. Also has teaching experience as an assistant professor in the Department of Government and Public Management Institute of Public Affairs at the Universidad de Chile and Professor Day, School of Government and Public Management of that university.
On the other hand, it has extensive work experience, developed in major institutions of higher learning and the National Council of Education.
